This company has the worst billing department that I have ever had to deal with. I had a hit on my credit saying that I owed a medical bill from 2 years ago for $64. I had no idea that I owed anything. Since my credit is very important to me, I called Triad Radiology to find out what happened. They had the wrong address and wrong phone number. This is the absolutely worst business acumen environment for operating I have ever seen. They do not sent their bills out on a timely bases until it is too late. I came in for check up just to make sure everything was ok. The other driver is charged. The drivers was issued a ticket and fully charged with rear ending me at a stop light while she was texting and never even slowed down for the intersection. It is only $43.00 but it is Triads fault for setting on the bill too long before sending it to the auto insurance company ... read more
