Worst billing experience ever. So frustrating to deal with. I would never go back there
No way to pay for this service upfront and receive discount. When I called to pay, they said I was too late to receive discount. Terrible billing service!😖
Horrible billing department! They didn’t care that my bill was associated with an automobile accident claim, an accident that wasn’t my fault. They wouldn’t set up a payment plan either. If they didn’t get their money now (less than 3 months since the date of the accident) they would send it to collections.
As I was working to get pre-qualified for a home loan, I found out I have a bill for $71 that I was never aware of. It was sent to collections and has ruined my credit. If I knew about this bill, I would have paid it! I had excellent credit. When I called the billing department it took forever for them to find the reason for the bill. This was for a “diagnostic” mammogram that I shouldn’t have had to have in the first place due to the nurse telling me at the hospital that the initial image was probably “double exposed.” I ha... read more
Their customer service and billing department is horrible!! I was on hold for over 26 minutes because they can’t get their automated payment service to work correctly.

Our goal is to provide courteous, efficient, and accurate billing services and to assist our patients by working with them or with their insurance company to resolve their balances. Their billing department is bordering on criminal. They do not apply your payments for weeks. A payment I made a month ago was taken from my bank account, but they have no record of it. You cannot even see past payments on the billing website. Very poor attitude when you call for assistance. They really need to get their act together. Unfortunately, this will keep me from using Triad Radiology Associates. Truly is not worth the headache of what goes on in the billing department.
Replace the billing department. I have had a similiar experience.
