After calling to set an appointment for my daughter, the dr.’s office was accommodating to get a same day appointment. Once I told them that we were from out of state, they said that they will only see established patients and recommended that we go to urgent care. Even though they are accepting new patients, they won’t see patients that don’t live nearby. What a money grab. They only want to help and see people/families that they know will be back for a follow up and pay them more $$$. What a joke!
Dr. Lionel has been our daughter's pediatrician since she was a few hours old. Since our first visit four years ago, he has maintained an attentive, informative and caring relationship with our little one, my husband and myself. We truly value the time and insight he's provided us over these past four years. Did I mention our four year old speaks fondly of him? She's a tough cookie to please! Consider yourself lucky if you can score an appointment with him. Our experience with him has been nothing short of amazing.
