Competent and honest! No runaround .. No deflection to questions.. We have hope again! Dr. Joe is wonderful.
I loved this place! My husband and I had a wonderful experience Dr. Hwang & Laura are great!! Genuinely you feel their kindness. Dr. Hwang is so experienced and knowledgeable. He explains everything so easily and clearly he answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. Very happy my husband and I established care with Dr. Hwang.
I absolutely love these folks. Every step of the way everyone has been exceptional. To the text reminder to Laura helping you on the phone. Even in the chair Jennifer wants to make you comfortable by putting on your choice of music, and I need alittle extra hand holding due to my being a big baby! Best dentist ive ever had, staff is very personable and pleasant. Dr is very attentive, patient and informative. Cares about your experience as well as your smile. Wish i had him 10 yrs earlier.
Used to drive 5 hours to see Joe....now only a little over an hour. Either way, definitely worth it!
Dr. Joe was absolutely wonderful, kind and compassionate, even after I accidentally bit him on my first visit. I'm a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist and he made it so comforting and they even gave me a blanket because I was so cold. I've found my last dentist. Thank you to Jennifer and Laura as well. Everyone was exceptional. If I could give 100 stars I would!!!!
