After I made my delivery, I noticed that I had a flat tire on my trailer. I asked someone, who do you recommend.. he stated.. Tri state!!! I stopped by with no appointment, the shop foreman stopped what he was doing.... Came out and helped me, to get me back on the road... Awesome crew. EVERYONE!!! Was so polite! We originally booked a large RV rental through Cruise America in Lebanon, TN. 30 days later, the day before our scheduled pickup, we were informed that our RV wouldn’t be available. Even worse, they had no others available - and the nearest one was in Chattanooga. I called to ask about getting a small camper serviced here. They were very nice, but said that they don’t make appointments or even keep a list that you can get on—you have to bring the camper in and have it sit there until it gets serviced, and they are running 3-6 weeks out once you drop it off. That won’t work for us, so we will have to go somewhere else.
