We originally booked a large RV rental through Cruise America in Lebanon, TN. 30 days later, the day before our scheduled pickup, we were informed that our RV wouldn’t be available. Even worse, they had no others available - and the nearest one was in Chattanooga. Husband takes his work bus here and has been pleased with their service. They communicate well and complete the work quickly. Plus, they were able to do an A/C repair in a much more affordable way than other mechanics proposed.
I used Tri State to rent a Cruise America RV, and they provided wonderful service! Andrea went above and beyond. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. And she was easy to get in touch with and communicate with.
These people are wizards when it comes to chasing down A/C issues on large vehicles, especially those with front and rear units. They work quickly and communicate very promptly. The office staff is extremely nice and kind. Great place to have your large vehicles serviced.
Had an AC unit go down while out on rent and Mike the mobile technician was able to jump right on the job! Excellent communication, fast response time, fast repair time and a very down to earth fella. Mike completed the job at a fair price and went above and beyond! Mrs. Andi in the office was as equally professional as well! Thanks again Tri State!
