We originally booked a large RV rental through Cruise America in Lebanon, TN. 30 days later, the day before our scheduled pickup, we were informed that our RV wouldn’t be available. Even worse, they had no others available - and the nearest one was in Chattanooga. Since we absolutely needed the RV, we made the 2.5-hour drive to Tri-State Truck and RV Service Center in Chattanooga. I called to ask about getting a small camper serviced here. They were very nice, but said that they don’t make appointments or even keep a list that you can get on—you have to bring the camper in and have it sit there until it gets serviced, and they are running 3-6 weeks out once you drop it off. That won’t work for us, so we will have to go somewhere else.

Husband takes his work bus here and has been pleased with their service. They communicate well and complete the work quickly. Plus, they were able to do an A/C repair in a much more affordable way than other mechanics proposed.

Had a flat on my pop up trailer, swapped in my spare, but needed a new tire. Called Tri-State when they opened, they got a new tire brought in and mounted for me and I was on my way well before Lunch! Kind, courteous service too.
