We brought pool water in that stayed brown no matter how many chemicals we put in per our test strips. No one pressured us to buy anything. They tested our water and recommended a chemical kit that worked wonders in an hour! In less than 12 hours our pool water was clear. These folks are wonderful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be doing more business with them.

We've been using Tri-State for about 5 years now. Everyone in each department has been great & helped us every time we've had any type of issue. Recently Jim & Danny put a new liner in for us & did an excellent job!! Jim also helped us switch over to salt water and has gone over & beyond making sure everything is as it should be. Thanks, Jim! We highly recommend Tri-State!!

I can't say enough about the customer service from these guys. Amazing hard work and many hours to fix my mess. I wouldn't trust my pool to anyone else. First would like to say that the people working there are extremely nice and very helpful. The prices are reasonable, even compared to Amazon. They have helped me with a pool that came with a house I recently purchased and I appreciate their kindness and knowledge. The manager however is completely dismissive and will not help you. He seems to have a giant chip on his shoulder and will rudely lose your business as fast as he can talk...
We just had a new liner installed, stairs fixed, and converted over to a salt system. Couldn't be happier with the service we received. Communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend Tri-State Pools.

The 15 year pool liner warranty is crap. Just on the seams that are not suppose to ever come apart so why a warranty for that. 2 year liner with 5 patches on it. But hey the seams has a warranty worse service over the phone ever. Won't buy anything here again

Sir, you did buy a liner today. You first told us your liner was two years old and then said it was four years old. You also have no proof of purchase. All liners have the same warranty no matter where you get them. This is certainly an unfair review
