Everyone at Tri-State Pools was so helpful. From the moment I came in all the way through installation the customer service was A+. Dennis was terrific at helping me decide what spa was best for me and my family. Jim was so helpful making sure I understood how to care for my new spa!
I recently had a pool installed and the pool company left before it was operable and refused to finish the job. Jim went way above and beyond to get my water clear, get my equipment working and to teach me how to use it!!

Everyone is so friendly at Tri-State Pools!! There is always an employee holding the door open for me as I come in. The ladies in the water testing center are friendly and very helpful! The workers at the check out counter will gather your supplies to ensure you make it home with the correct supplies. And there is always someone waiting to carry those heavy bags of salt to the car for you. Hands down the BEST pool company in Chattanooga!
