I've been a patient of Dr Whaley's for several years now and I must say that he is a very intelligent person. He is a friendly man as is his whole staff
Drove over an hour for this appointment and arrived 6 minutes late. Instead of any professionalism or understanding, the receptionist immediately had an unpleasant attitude, stormed off to “check with the doctor,” then came back and told us we would not be seen and had to reschedule. We politely explained that all of our paperwork was already completed and that I could easily handle anything additional for my husband, as I always do.
