The staff is very rude. They will not answer the phone when you call. Had an apt in Jan for a nerve test canceled due to snow. Reschedule in feb they messed up the apt didntget the test done until the followingweek. Went to the other dr that sent me there the next day for the results and they didn’t send them like they said they would. Very rude and very unorganized. So now have to wait until they do there job to get my results.
Dr. Whaley listened to me and really heard my concerns. He was very comprehensive and provided great detail to me about his thoughts and the plan of care.
Horrible. Can never get anyone to answer the phone. They don't call you back when I have left multiple messages. I've been dealing with facial droop migraines and other health issues for 9 months and they still won't contact me.
Please don't go here for MS!!! They didn't listen to my family member or to her Husband. She was overmedicated and they ignored all the mental health issues that the patient and family told them about. Even after she was taken to the ER for mental issues they didn't evaluate the meds she was on or help at all. My family member ended her own battle with MS after no help!
I have nothing but good to say about Shelly. She is awesome! But I have a serious illness and was discharged without notice and was told they no longer accept Medicare and QMB because they weren't getting paid! All of my other doctors are being paid! I found out through the specialty pharmacy. I now am having a hard time getting in with another neurologist cause of 4 month backlog on appointment with new patients and can't get treatment.
