I had my suv inspection by there guy,and he passed it,so I took to an garage for oil change, and shopping manger bring me out to the garage, and shows me the tires,and tell me that they should have never passed the suv..cost me 265.00 for tires,and I asked them to at least pay me back,and I get an if I payed more down,I put 800.00 down payment, what he asked for..so I'm talk to the west virginia state police about everything..
Was supposed to be back at 9am the following day with cash in hand for down payment... On hear it's 9:11 am and no one is here and the guy in the garage don't have a way to get a hold of the owner?? Which is who I'm supposed to be meeting... Smh. Looks like I'll buy somewhere else.
Only gave 1 star bc there wasnt an option to give no stars!! Ripped off my 70 YO deaf father-in-law on not just 1 but 2 chevy trucks!! If this review would allow me to post the pics I would. Ihave never seen an engine so poorly taken care of and yet still sold. The sludge in his engine of the 2nd truck came out look like grape jelly that was black!! Not only is he still making payments, he just had to have the entire engine replaced costing over $3,500.00!! Way to go Tri-Star, I hope karma bites you in the ass and your busin... read more
