Quality Prices Customer service Repair on Site EVERYTHING
So after bringing these issues to the attention of this car dealership not once but TWICE and being told to "just put premium gas in it a couple of times and that should FIX IT" this is what ive been told and this is the estimate of the repairs that need done to this vehicle ($2,000!!!) which costed 6,500 from jump!....it would be nice for this dealership to either fix or refund some of the said costs for this repair seeing that ive only had this vehicle for not even 2 months!!! this issue was brought to there attention on 3... read more
Great prices - Our only mistake was not having the vehicle checked out before purchasing. We have had to have more done to it than what we were told but have learned (his) a lesson in car buying. When we're done this week "she'll" be ready for a road trip!
the lady i spoke to was very unpleasant to deal with. i had cash in hand to drive out with a car but decided to walk even though i really liked a car they had on their lot. when i asked what the price was on a certain vw out front, she responded with an already over priced amount, the mileage and a "we will not finance that to you, have a good rest of your day." and walked away from me before i was even done talking about it. and to mention i never once asked about financing. like i said previously i had cash in hand to buy ... read more
Crack in transmission, leaking fluid. Low tire pressure which was actually a faulty tire as discovered by a local tire company that couldn’t be patched. Bought new tire and paid for installation which this company comped me for. Transmission I’m S.O.L. I made the mistake of trusting they’d assist with the matter as I have relocated to FL for work and being told they would help risked the drive after applying JB Coldweld. The dealership was very easy to work with. I needed a vehicle immediately and they worked with me on the payments and what I could afford. I love my vehicle and the only issue I have had is the ac. I've had it for over a year and took it to the mechanic who found the problem immediately and I will be returning for him to fix it! They were extremely polite and dedicated to making me happy. I will be getting another vehicle from them the next time!
