Bought a new 2015 Ford Edge Titanium. Wife absolutely loves the vehicle! Sales experience was A++. Two minor issues (cd player & rear windshield washer) w/ the vehicle from the factory but service dept handled these issues swiftly and all is now good! I would reccomend this dealership to everybody!! Good people, good experience!!
I bought a 2011 dodge caliber from this dealership November 2014 and i had good customer service and got a nice car but about a month after I started having problems and it's been nothing but issues since then, I have an extended warranty through tri star on it but I'm in a different state and can't make it back to Pennsylvania to get it looked at or fixed and I fear that if I go anywhere else it will cost me an arm and a leg to get it fixed and I'm paying alot of money a month for payments for a car that doesn't always star... read more
I would highly recommend Tri-Star Motors in Tyrone to anyone! My husband had the pleasure of working with CJ yesterday who got us into a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country Touring! He provided excellent customer service & had us in & out in less than 2 hours! This was our 1st time visiting, trading in & purchasing a vehicle here & it definitely won't be our last!
