This was my very first car purchase and everyone was extremely nice to work with. They explained everything and Andy was awesome to consult with. He was straightforward and extremely laid back. They found me the best car I was looking for and for the cheapest price! Tri star wasn’t a place where people are dressed up suit and tie and just trying to sell the cars on the lots for a profit, they listen to what you need/want and the price you’d like to pay and they go from there. I would recommend anyone to go there!

Dealt with Andy for my last few cars for the wife and I. Always accommodating, and has a good selection to choose from. If they don’t have it, Andy, Chip, or Vince will find it for you to fit your budget. Service department is great and goes above and beyond.

Andy Williams was a great represensative and we have dealt with him for the past 4 cars we have owned. He is attentive to what we were looking forward and he did not push us to purchase a specific car.

great experience. the salemen was fantastic CHIP gave me a great deal and treated me like a person and not just a buyer. the finance dept. was very nice and helpfull also
Worst experience at a dealer ever. Salesman , Rod , first tried to not acknowledge that a supposed "test drive" earlier in the day had put 3 dents/scrapes on the car I drove 1.5 hours to see. So first off....no ....I'm not willing to pay price asked when the car was not damaged when I got a quote before the supposed test drive occurred . Second, test drive.... the car grinded , pulsated and felt like a death trap. Took the car back.... said it was unsafe and he didnt even seem concerned let alone offer to fix it as most repu... read more
