HORRIBLE SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE I had a terrible experience at "TRI LU'S" emeryville. The man at the reception desk, DAN is rude with terrible manners. He screamed at me on the phone for no reason and when I got there and confronted him, he screamed at me again and asked me to leave. DAN has no idea about the meaning of customer service. DO NOT GO THERE

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! the owner wana be manager guy straight pervert. He is doing my GF nails came inside looked at him doing my GF nails, I just figured he was just gay so it’s all good. He had his hair colored and eyes done. The tried to talk to my GF and when I came in the room he started acting uncomfortable. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE reminds me of an Asian child molester. Was going put hands on him but my GF told me all this when we left from the place because she known I would have dragged him threw china town.

High Quality Service – If you go to this salon, be sure to make an appointment with Lee. She is the most professional and experienced mancurist there. She takes the extra time to be sure the work is done well and that the look will last.

Best mani and pedi around – I have been going to Tri Lu's for over a year, and they do the absolute best French manicure and pedicure that I have ever had anywhere in the world (literally). Prices are very reasonable. Appointments usually run a little behind, but it's worth the wait.

WORST SPA! – I just went recently and it was my first time and it put it out there it was the WORST experience I have ever had. The employees were kind but their boss was just flat out RUDE, LAZY, and UNKIND. The service was unsanitary, I know this from previous experience, they used the same calluse/rough skin removal equipment because it was SO WORE OUT!I mean those calluse removal things are like 50 cents! Good Service but... – the services were good but the area where you get a facial & a full body massage are in the same large closet sized room. they're only separated by a sheet!!

Great nails – I have been going to Tri-Lu since it opened on Bay Street. My nails always look like a million dollars when I leave. I am always getting compliments on them and asked where I get them done. My manicurist, Pauline, is the greatest. She is always professional as well as an excellent artist (as well know a great paint job is an art) and patient with me even when I come in when a broken nail. Horrible Acrylic Set – i went to tri lu's since it was near where i work, i figured if it's $25 a set they must have some type of skill, however the second day after I got my new set they started lifting, I had to go back and have then fix them, then they began lifting again. The third time I went in I requested a different person, however they ignored my request and gave me the same person. I ended up having to go to a place recommended by a co-worker, which was cheaper and the work was much better
