Just had a pallet of sod and a yard of top soil delivered. The pallet of sod ended up on top of the top soil and half of the sod has fallen off of the pallet. Called the manager and he basically said there is nothing he can do for me. I asked if I could bring back broken pieces of sod and trade them out with good ones and he said “no we don't do refunds on sod"" Will never use this company again, and I will be sure to let everyone know the experience I had.
Honestly, I was highly impressed with the quality of both service and product! Great business!
