i just visited the store for the first time,it was such a bad expierence,i had tried to have a wheel balanced off of my bike 2001 kawasaki ninja,the service manager brandon hoverson said he couldnt do it,i asked why and brandon replied because its not a harley,i said wow and all the guys at work that have harleys recommended me here to harley and said they'll take care of you,brandon then decided to tell me their machine wasnt capable of balancing my wheel..its kind of sad that a business wouldnt take my money or perform my ... read more
