We have shopped at all the area Harley dealers, we found none to be really poor. The cream rises to the top and that's what we experienced with Tri-County. Bought parts for our older Harley's there for years (thanks to Andy). Always had or got it in short order. Came time to take the plunge and buy our new Ultra Limited last year.
