The dealership has been a disgrace to the local riding community for years, poor management and even worse ownership makes one wonder why Harley Davidson continues to license this group. I bought a new 2012 FLHX there after another management change and since the initial purchase the dealership has continued to show a severe lack of service management, product knowledge and absolutely ZERO follow up on issues, calls and customer concerns.
