I've been shopping here for years. Bought bikes, clothes, memorabilia, etc here. Today I came in for a windshield and experienced the worst customer service. Aaron was rude, annoyed, and very nasty when I asked about my 20% discount. I gracefully left and called the manager. He told me Aaron should have told me about the rewards program. It's in place of discounts now. I'm thinking if I'm in the system for discounts, I should have got rewards? I had an exceptional experience buying my Tri-Glide. Salesman Adam was awesome! The staff are super friendly and helpful throughout the store!!! I've bought Harley Davidson's at every place in the Cincinnati area since 1981, and I must say this was the fastest, most informative, and most cooperation I have ever received!! I'll never go anyplace else for parts or service.

My first time back for service was a bad experience! Less then 1500 miles later I get a bolt in my tire , bring it to you guys to fix under warranty but no 8 days later I get a call saying not enough tread left to be covered under warranty. Good customer satisfaction would have been sorry but your tire is to wore out before your temp tag expired and you spent so much for a motorcycle with worn out tires we will cover it but nope can't help me .....
