It was a Fun experience I would have to said your greeter Aerial was extremely helpful and wonderfully pleasant also one of the managers which was man was very informative of not only the events at your location but upcoming rides and events around the Surrounding area I am from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and was very pleased with the service I received thank you

We're military en route from Alaska to South Carolina. I'm from Hamilton so a trip here was necessary. Glad we did. We were greeted in the parking lot by Justin and talked to everyone in the store. Fantastic customer service. Glad we stopped in. I'll make this my home town Harley for sure.

Harley Davidson in the Cincinnati area is providing less than great service and expectation. I've waited a bit to post but there was a lack of communication on bike repairs. Estimated 24-36 hours for my service and got the bike six days later. Had to call them to find out all updates, estimates, and that it was done. They knew I came here versus Cincy HD cause they lacked communication too. They checked my break fluid and while on a 1500 mile trip they didn't tighten the cover so it was leaking.
