I love this place, the people are always friendly, the service is amazing and the events are organized and fun.
If you want to good Harley shop in the greater Cincinnati area Queen city is the only one you want to go to. Everybody can have a Lotta problems with Queen city but most of the problems come up from nonsense and not clarifying what you want I personally in the last two years have had nothing bad out of six different deals , nothing but great times great people and a great experience , I even had one sold out from underneath me because I didn’t move quick enough but they still came through and found me the same bike from anot... read more

communication!!! sale was ok finance was stellar....my new bike was supposed be ready today. they sold the one I bought ordered a new one, had no idea! I drive 30 mins to pick it up and it's not ready??? all they had to do was call me and say it wasn't ready. I cancelled a trip to reds camp in AZ to pick it up today. this is my second bike in 15 months from here, I buy bikes every 2 yrs. Last one from here.
I love Queen City Harley. Super nice and respectful staff. I bought a Sportster from them last year as my first Harley and it has been really good to me. Hoping to get an upgrade this year with my freedom promise when a few more things fall into place. I was up there today and we couldn't get a deal done but the salesman Ken I've talked to a few times now and he is good people. Go see him they've got a ton of beautiful bikes up there!
