Good experience, felt welcome and always greeted when I’ve stop by to browse clothes, parts or discuss motorcycles or service. Asked about a longer test ride on a bike I was interested in ! No problem. Knew what I was looking for model and price and all were a great help. Thank you QCHD.
I wanted to say many many thanks to all the staff at queens city, first Jeremy for taking care of my wife and I, taking his time explaining everything, Adam for his patience with me, and Lindsey that explained everything as well. Hands down to all of you guys, it was indeed a wonderful experience, well worth the 5hr drive from chicago. you guys are the best!!!!
We were on the road , 600 miles from home, needed a tire. They said it would be a week before they could get to it. No help at all!

Wouldn’t recommend anybody to buy a bike from them
I took my bike in for routine maintenance. It ended up taking a month and a half and costing $3600. There was very little communication from the service department and my bike sat untouched for weeks because they said they didn’t have the parts they needed to fix it. I felt like I was taken advantage of and felt like they were hiding something from me. I will not be back and my opinion is to recommend taking your bike for service somewhere else.
