Nothing but good things to say about the staff at Queen City Harley-Davidson. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The test ride was great, all the aspects of the new bike and financing were explained to me in an informative but low pressure manner. I rode off on a 2017 Sportster 48. A little getting used to the forward controls but the bike is great. Parts guys can't be beat. Barb was very helpful in finding a lightweight jacket for me. This was the best experience have ever had at any dealer! They helped me get the bike I wanted! And rick by far is the best salesman I have ever met! This place is killing it!
Queen City Harley has been great with everything from my purchase in May of a 2015 ultra limited, I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used bike, even when I go in just to look around they know me by name you can't beat that kind of customer service. You are treated like family, keep up the great work guys.

They'll give you just enough time to do your research and get your financing together on a guaranteed sale, then sell the bike you've poured so much time and energy into out from underneath you, then tell you it's your fault. I'll never do any business here again.
