i am totally grateful to Tri-County for helping me. My A/C konked out Thursday night, just before the long labor day weekend and the approaching hurricane. The part i needed would have to be ordered and would not arrive until sometime next week. I was in a bit of a panic, and was not sure what my 3 kitties and i would do to survive! Today we had our first scheduled maintenance on our a/c system that was installed approximately 1 yr ago by TriCounty. The technician, Ruslan Mihailov, showed up right on time, which is very appreciated due to our busy schedules. Ruslan was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I've used Tri County for years; everything from annual maintenance, "emergency" service to purchasing a new system. Their field personnel have always been thorough and professional and office staff friendly and helpful. My latest service call was handled by Butch Terry who exemplified the reasons previously stated as to why I use this company.

I am a regular customer with a Maintenance Agreement. While out of the country, my AC went down. TriCounty wouldnt do a service call without payment in advance. Yet, I am listed as a "Priority Customer"..... . What good is that when you are 10,000 miles away, or just not at home that week? Stay away from this company ; when you need them they are not there.
