I cannot give a better review! When I called this morning, I didnt expect anyone to be able to come today. The professional on the phone (I forgot her name, sorry) was friendly, polite and professional. She was able to get someone to help today! The salesman, Geoff Struble went above and beyond. He arrived on time, he was professional, he listened to what happened with my system. I made a call and was pleasantly surprised that the technician was very promp. Mikelson was very courteous and thorough and after some diagnostics offered a solution and fixed the issue. Very pleased with him and TriCounty Air. I highly recommend them.”
Brady and Jeff did a great job today inspecting and servicing my AC system. Brady recommended ways to extend the life of my system with a UV product and also diagnosed a failing capacitor which could have caused a great deal of trouble if it was not detected. They were friendly, very expert in their knowledge, and efficient and went above and beyond to be helpful. (I was struggling to stop a leak in my pool pump and Brady helped me with that too.) Thank you guys. I love this kind of service from Tri County AC.
Took several hours for the Tech to get here, but it is Saturday. Very professional and knowledgeable. Problem resolved. All good.
AC not turning on. Under Agreement Plan,Tech arrived with in 3 hrs and fixed problem. Billy was courteous and advice was helpful.

Fast service for emergency
The service was nothing less than excellent. In his initial visit Ruslan was able to diagnose and fix a problem that the previous vendor couldn't solve over weeks of down time. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The office scheduled the visit for the day after my call. I will be using Tri County for maintenance and service from now on.
