Been addicted to Les Mills BodyPump from yrs back when I belong to another gym,they closed up and found out,New Gym Tri-City Wellness Center would B having "BodyPump"So happy with this gym,great instructors,staff,variety of classes,plus didn't even know Les Mills had other programs!! I've added Les Mills "RPM" and "BodyFlow"been doing "BodyPump"20yrs now!!! And it's still my Favorite class!������Luv this gym�
Great friendly and well educated staff, clean and modern facilities with wide selection of workout sessions and support. It's a place which encourages and welcomes its members. I love the Pilates and yoga classes wth two pools available to use. I feel like I am having a "me" day when ever I finish up in the woman's locker room l; rather like a spa. So worth the time and effort to keep healthy and fit. Thanks Tri-City Fitness
Tri city wellness has been wonderful through our cardio therapy . That was over three years ago. We joined and never looked back. Super staff, super facilities,super programs and super members. So worth the money.
