This is the most diverse gym I have ever been to. They have classes and STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT for everyone. They have an indoor track and classes that range from spin to tai chi to yoga to every kind of aqua to cardio and weigh classes and well as healthy cooking and lifestyle classes etc... Everything is included in the membership. Price of membership is competitive to most other gyms. I love this place!!! It is by far the BEST fitness center I have ever been in! And the staff is so professional and courteous. The equipment is great and clean! And salt water pools!!!
