For what I do -- strength work, yoga, pilates, some swimming -- not only is this an excellent facility, but the fee is cheaper than anything in the area (I would have to pay more just to do 2 yoga classes a week at any studio). Beautiful facility, friendly staff, very welcoming to people of all ages and abilities.
Absolutely love this facility. So worth the extra money to have clean saline pools, executive locker room, and friendly staff. Such a vast difference from other gyms.
Overall atmosphere of calm, friendliness, noncompetitiveness, support and cleanliness of facility.

I’m here 4-5 times a week and I love it. The class selection is great, the instructors and staff are always friendly, and the facility is well equipped and clean. But the best part is that this gym as a whole is very inviting to all fitness levels and backgrounds. I highly recommend
This is by far the best, cleanest, and most enjoyable gym I’ve ever gone to. It feels like a perfect blend of a gym and a spa. So lovely!
