I went in for an MRI and CT on the same day. The techs that worked with me on both were WONDERFUL... extremely nice and made me less stressed than when I arrived. I don't think I have ever had such nice people working on me, especially since it was a Sunday. Thank you to both of them.

I had the misfortune of finding myself at Tri-City Medical Center on the evening of Sat, 7/22. I was short of breath and had excruciating pain in the lower right portion of my back and upper right chest. While Tri-City was quick to run a number of tests when I arrived around 11:30PM, they provided nothing thereafter. I sat uncomfortably, breathing shallowly for over 5 hours. Why is health care both expensive and all screwed up? Well, called to get the results of my wife's test over 2 weeks ago. First got transferred to the dept you had it in and phone rang and rang and rang but no one picked up after 50+ times so I had to hangup. Called back, this time transferred to another dept after a long wait but when they picked up they just transferred my call back to the dept that never answered! Totally inefficient along with absolutely no customer service. If this was a business they would long ago be ... read more

I brought my elderly mother in for an out-patient angiogram on her ankle 2days ago. The physician and attending nurses in Radiology and Recovery were patient, thorough, and professional in their reassurance and explanation of the procedure. The morning after, my mother was having terrible pain and I called Cardiology Intervention to ask about it. The person who answered the phone was well-informed about her case, explained the probable reason and was unrushed in her explanation and reassurance. As a critical care nurse mysel... read more
