While on vacation I had a gallbladder issue and for whatever reason, the surgeon on duty decided all by himself to install a bile drainage bag instead of work towards removing my gallbladder. He then followed up with me and told me that I would need to have the job finished up when I got home. This prolonged my issue by over a month and has cost me double in medical bills since I had to have surgery again when I got home. Incredibly talented team of doctors, nurses, nurse assistants, and specialists! I have been in the telemetry unit for 4 days and I am so impressed with all staff I have encountered here. I feel so blessed to be here in my condition as I feel I'm in excellent care 24/7.
I’ve been waiting for 8 goddam hrs in the ER without food. As a diabetic my blood sugar must be really low! What the hell!!
This hospital needs to be shut down!!! What kind of hospital allows a surgeon to perform a c-section on a pregnant woman without anesthesia????!!!!!!!! That is beyond horrific and can only make me wonder what orher horrific acts have happened in that hospital!!!;

I’ll start off by saying that I live in Iowa but am in Cali for vacation. I was VERY satisfied with my visit. I’ve had a sore throat for a week now, it got unbearable on Tuesday so I went to a walk in clinic, they tested me for strep and mono and both came back negative so they sent me home with nothing. I tried to stick it out but woke up bawling on Wednesday and went to Tri-City ER. Oh goodness, where do I begin? I guess I’ll start by saying that I no longer live in the area and this review is a couple years late and about multiple visits. So, here we go! December 2013: I came in with pneumonia. I knew it was pneumonia. I came in alone after a friend had driven me and dropped me off, so I had no one there to advocate for me and I was far too sick to ask many questions myself.
