I am not one much to post on Facebook or social media, but when I am passionate about a topic I feel like it should be shared. My mom has been a faithful employee of Tri-City Medical Center for the last 25 years. She started working there right after PT school and had helped establish a new wellness center all while adjusting to the fluxuating administration staff. Within a mater of the last few months Try-City philosophy has shifted from patient-centered care to money hungry executives who are more interested in patient tur... read more

Like many others I’m not a big fan of hospitals. Everyone has had that one experience that leaves you questioning health care services. I will no longer do so. On Tuesday, November 21st, I had my mother drive me to Tri Cities Emergency Room. I thought I strained my pectoral muscle on November 18th and I assumed I’d get better in a few days. The pain didn’t subside and my breathing was worsening by the day. I could tell there was something more serious than a strain going on within my body. So, off to the ER I went. The ER wa... read more

My life was impacted by the beautiful souls that we encountered the early morning of October 4th. My beloved partner was taken by the paramedics to this facility after responding to my sons 911 call. My partner suffered a cardiac arrest and was transported to TCMC. My love was not able to recover from his injuries, but my heart will be forever thankful for the kindness and love my family encountered every step of the way. A very special thanks to Sam, RN (ED), in the ICU, Dr Nielson, Cameal, RN, Siji, RN, Jen,RN, Danielle, R... read more

They billed me for services I did not request and then billed me for services I never received. When I appealed the charges, they "reviewed" them, and then continued to bill me for almost 8 months until they threatened to call a collections agency. This is a scam of epic proportions. I hope everyone reading this is able to take their healthcare to an actual healthcare group like UC San Diego and not this pile of trash.
