Well the rooms smell old but you can't beat the cafeteria the food is great the menu is large and the prices of very reasonable

Parking is horrible. Getting through the maze inside is crazy. People at desks that are supposed to know where, how, answer questions do not seem to know anything useful. A maintenance man knew more and headed us in the right direction. My husband and I have been patients at the hospital a couple of times. We were treated quite well as patients. This is the first time I have ever been to this hospital and I came in for a pre-op appointment. From the moment I walked in, every single person I had interacted with were professional and courteous. From the volunteers, registration personnel, RNs, Lab Techs, X-RayTechs they all provided great service and made me feel comfortable about my upcoming surgery in a few days.
