I had the pleasure of working with Greg on the sale for a corvette grand sport, despite me being out of state he was always super quick to respond and made the hassle of buying a car out of state an extremely easy and enjoyable experience even going as far as sending me pictures of the car and even chased down a driver of a trucking company that tried to pick up the car after I had canceled the contract with them. Deserves 0 stars but in order to post I had to rate it. Took my jeep there to get a diagnostics test two weeks ago and had a terrible experience. They kept my vehicle for almost 5 days, all they did was put some differential fluid in and they did not communicate well. Waste of time and money for crap service. I will not be going back. Very unhappy customer
I am genuinely surprised by the number of positive reviews this store has. We drove two hours to look at a car, but the experience was a complete waste of time and respect. Indifference and Lack of Product Knowledge Upon arrival on a Friday afternoon, no one greeted us. The office atmosphere was one of indifference, not service.
