Our second time here and the staff are very kind but any dealing with them be prepared for sit for hours, our sales man was kind the first time so we decided to go back, first off it is now a reccomendation to get an appt and even then be prepared to wait, 1.5 hours to get my car looked at, when the sales person has an appt they keep the customer at the desk the entire process, so if they call 10 lenders the keep the person sitting there entire time and the sales person does not help other customers even if it takes an hour ... read more
