Ike was an amazing salesman. He went above and beyond to help me I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
Just bought a 2016 jeep wrangler from them! Ike was my salesman and he was awesome! He came in on his day off to finish my paperwork and make sure my jeep was ready so I could drive it home that evening! He was very friendly and very helpful! He took the time to show me all the features of the jeep and told me if I have any questions to call him anytime! If you need a car, go see Ike! Everybody at the dealership was very nice and helpful!

I have been waiting two weeks to have the passenger seat belt repaired. During the test drive, it was noted that the passenger seat belt was malfunctioning. I spoke to the sales person the next day about the repair and I was assured that it would be handled. My husband took the car over for repair but they didn't seem to have the time to even look at it. I have contacted my sales person TWICE since then and have yet to receive a reply. I am very disappointed that the dealership has not addressed this safety hazard.
It's hard to do business with an old man who's more concerned with eating his cookout tray in his office than completing a sale on a brand new vehicle! I feel sorry for the nice salesman we met for having to deal with him on a daily basis! That's Eden for you I suppose.
