By far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Keith was amazing to work with and took the time to send me additional pictures as we live 3 hours away from the dealership. Keith made the process as smooth as possible. The staff especially Travis and Mallory are awesome as well. I not only purchased my dream car but made some life long friends in the process. I would recommend Tri-City to anyone looking to purchase a new car. You won't regret it!
I called and spoke with Keith before making our trip to eden(about 45 mins away) he answered my questions quickly and had the car ready for me to test drive when we arrived. The price was right the staff was friendly and there GM Chuck was a real help with our purchase!! Thank you.
