First problem you walk in their sits a fat lady and an obese lady not a good view for a health clinic. The obese lady has a bad attitude and a bad phone manner. Terrible! Doctor is very good, however he never follows up due to having too many patients!

The place is deceptive and not here for the patients. I brought my wife there to see a specialist that I have seen for years. They called her before the appointment and said she had an appointment to see THAT doctor. We got there and were told that he has not worked there for months. She was seen by somebody that was not even a doctor. This is not acceptable. if they need to lie to get patients, they have a larger problem. We found the real specialist but without their help.

This clinic system is disorganized and ridiculous. My provider left and they would not tell me where he went. I found out last week that he was 2 blocks away. Nobody called me on my test results. A woman called me and told me my results but she did not understand them. She was the medical director but not a doctor. She was an optometrist?? Wtf. This place is not good

We were told that our diabetes provider would be replaced by another trained specialist this summer. Now we are informed at the last minute that there is no one available to treat our son. We were informed that we should seek help out of town, Moses Lake, Spokane or Seattle. Moses Lake? The place is totally disorganized

Healthcare is a business to provide the best care possible. This is NOT the place to try that

The clinics are totally inefficient. Managers make changes that make no sense. Providers are brought in randomly and rarely stay unless friends of management. CEO is untruthful and makes the patient care a secondary objective. Do not work here unless you have a planned exit. For any provider trying to do a good job, it will be frustrating or make you disgusted

I made an appointment with an endocrinologist in October. It was a two month lead time to get in so I took the first opening available on Christmas Eve. I showed up on Christmas Eve and was told the doctor retired and handed a flyer dated saying the doctor retired as of 11/7. It was bad enough not seeing any provider but I got the "so what" attitude from the desk staff besides screwing up all my holiday travel plans. I received no notification or call from TCCH telling me any of this. To put it plane and simple, if they can'... read more
