We would not have gotten our home if not for Trevor. His knowledge and efficiency throughout the home buying process gave us complete confidence in him and because of the offer he wrote, we got the house we wanted. First offer accepted, beating out five others! Trevor truly cares about getting people into the right home for them. When we sell our home it will be with him, and when we buy another one, it will be with him. I would never even consider using anyone else!

We met Trevor last fall when we decided to buy our first home. He was the selling broker for a house we were interested in. Although we were not successful in our bid on that house, we were extremely impressed with the professionalism and friendliness he showed towards us throughout the process. Trevor is a first class RE agent. We were pretty picky about what we wanted in a house and Trevor showed great patience and understanding as he showed us countless homes before we decided to purchase our dream home in West Seattle. Never did I ever feel that Trevor was working for a commission check. He was always working in our self interest and would only be satisfied if we got what we wanted. I loved working with Trevor! He was attentive and always responded quickly. He showed us houses on nights, weekends, whenever we needed him, and he always had a smile on his face. He gained our trust instantly and also quickly became a friend... but once our offer was accepted in West Seattle, he switched into business mode. He was on top of everything and we felt comfortable the entire time. We are so lucky to have found Trevor and have already referred him to a friend.
