Trevor is a fantastic realtor. He is knowledgable, responsive, helpful. I am fairly new to the Seattle area, and when it came to purchasing a home, no one I knew had a realtor they could recommend. Trevor represented me in purchasing a condo in West Seattle. Trevor is absolutely fantastic - his diligence and continued follow up with the selling agent was the key in helping me get under contract. I could not have asked for a better, more attentive agent to represent me as I bought my first property.
Trevor represented us as a Buyer's Agent - he was excellent from the initial consultation, throughout the process, to the closing. He offered valuable insights that were very helpful to us. It was a highly competitive situation, Trevor over-delivered during the difficult negotiations, and we got the house! We highly recommend Trevor, and plan to work with him again in the future.

TL;DR - Trevor is fantastic. Use him! Now! Go.... Seriously! Are you on the phone with him yet? OK. Good. Seriously though, Trevor is a great agent. We relocated from the buyer's market that is the midwest and knew we needed someone top-notch for the ridiculous Seattle market. Trevor really knows the Seattle market, and will be up-front with you about how to be competitive in your house hunt. His approach is completely without a "sales" feel and puts your objectives at the center of the search. He is insanely available, always responsive, and ready to go 0 to 100 if the situation demands it.
