Very poor customer service. They did not honor their Groupon order and let me know that they had a bigger project and I had until April 2015 to redeem. I ordered their service Dec 4 2014. So I should wait until they decide to service me. THIS WAS NOT A FAVOR. This was a purchased service. They do not return calls, refund money and keep their word.
This has been the worse experience I've had with any company. On Thursday, I purchased a Groupon for Treoss cleaning and placed a call with them immediately after groupon order placement, I asked the operator if they had anything available for Friday, he said we are busy but I can squeeze you in, I stated "No, it's okay, How about Tuesday" and he stated Tuesday is wide open, I asked if 10AM was fine and he said absolutely! I received a Groupon for Treoss pressure washing service. They did an excellent job at a very affordable price. My home looks like new and thanks to Trevor and his associate for their professionalism and for making me a repeat customer. They are top notch company!
