The lady Shelly isn’t very friendly with kids if you take them there .. i took my daughter for a pedicure and manicure and she was rude and hostile to my daughter for no reason . She could have been nicer how she she addresses things . People need to be more empathetic
This salon was a nightmare. The service was rushed, unprofessional, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. The technician was extremely rough, making the experience painful, and I left with what appears to be a nail infection due to the poor hygiene and careless handling during the service. They did not even do what I asked for and made changes without asking for my permission first. I gave this salon more than one chance, but unfortunately my experience never improved. The staff came across as rude, dismissive, and more interested in rushing customers through than providing good service. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic, with employees yelling across the salon instead of paying attention to the clients they were working on.
