I got a manicure/pedicure there recently. The person doing my nails did not introduce herself or ask my name, answered her phone while doing my nails, didn't have any interest in speaking to me, and the nails on top of it came out terrible. Peeled in a day and she had to redo several of them before I even left. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've had. It barely even included the massage part.
They are amazing and take time and detail with you !
I went to the salon yesterday for a cut and color, and Lisa did a fabulous job. The staff was also very good with helping me get into the building with my power wheelchair. I would highly recommend this salon.

I had a groupon to use and it was my first time at this salon. Brianne helped me pick out a great hair color and was very thorough with the process (I have a lot of hair too so it wasn't easy!). The trim she gave me was also awesome! I'd definitely recommend her!
