I've had my Groupon for at least 3 months, and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to reach the salon, left couple of messages and no call yet from them. I even walked into the store and was told the nail tech (they only have 1) was not in store, the girl took my name and number, someone would call me back or I can call and setup an appointment with the nail tech ... yea it's been 3 whole months without any feedback. Absolutely ridiculous. I need to find a way to get refund!!
I did the mani/pedi living social deal to try a new place out. The old Victorian house is gorgeous and clean. My nails were done by a awesome lady named Bri. I loved how everything came out and would absolutely go back to see Bri again.
Such an amazing experience every time I walk into this salon... Atmosphere is fun and energetic, my hairstylist Lisa Avery is always updated with the newest trends and always works with me to give me what I want. I never leave this salon without a smile on my face. Thank you Trendsetters for satisfying all my beauty wants and needs!!
I purchased a Groupon for a mani/Pedi with this salon. I went in to check out the salon and book an appointment. When I entered the business I was not greeted by anyone nor did any of the employees acknowledge that I was there until I said something. The woman who did finally come over seemed annoyed and then proceeded to tell me that the nail appointments are booking out a month or more. This is not listed on the Groupon site. Lisa is the best hairdresser around!! She is the only one I would trust with mt hair. I was so happy I found her!
