Found myself in Philly with a torn contact and an hour+ drive home. Needed an emergency replacement. Trend was the only place in downtown Philly willing to get me a replacement with my Dr's faxed Rx. Manager Tommy went above and beyond to make sure the lense I needed was in stock and available. When I arrived he didn't even charge me for it! The customer service of every associate I spoke with was top notch! I only wish we lived closer so that they could be my regular eye care provider. Bravo, Trend Eye Care!!

I'm satisfied with my new burberry prescription glasses! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I expected to wait for atleast 2-3 weeks for my glasses but it arrived in less than a week. There's free parking around this area as well, which is a plus. Dr. Dinh was super sweet, professional and well educated in what he does. I'll defitnetly be coming back!!

they were super helpful, even called my insurance company to find out what's covered. ordered my son's glasses Friday, got them Tuesday. that's fast!! thank you
I normally dread getting my eyes checked but everyone here at Trend Eye Care made me feel comfortable. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Dinh is really detailed and professional. Also, there's a great selection of glasses especially in designer area. Highly recommended.
