A house on my street in Stone Mountain, Georgia has been listed with Trelora for many weeks. No one is tending to the property. It looks awful, inside and out. The grass is 18 inches high! I’m concerned that a low-ball sale will bring values down in my neighborhood. Phone calls to the company go to a multi-layered answering service, which is frustrating to navigate. Needless to say, I am not impressed at all with this company. I should add that I’m a licensed Realtor. This is not the way to run a real estate business.
Their overall lack of communication was on a level I have never experienced. The property was misrepresented online in multiple fundamental ways.
Am currently in the process of buying a house through this company and I have gotten nothing but resistance the entire time. Date have changed constantly, my closing has been pushed back a month, and I have gotten no communication for the last week since the closing delay. On top of that we did not find out that closing would be delayed untill the day before closing. If you do not have to go through this company I would highly recommend going elsewhere
Signed up and paid for their service, once I did that they completely ghosted me. Took my money and didn’t even list on the MLS. Scam
We opted to sell our home with Trelora due to its much lower commission. The level of service was outstanding and their use of technology to keep us informed about showings was seamless. We still had a great personal touch from the photography all the way to navigating pricing advice and offers with our agent through closing. Can’t recommend enough. A local agent had predicted we were in for a $50k loss after commission, but with Trelora we were able to sell the house for a $10k profit in a challenging market.
