I called about getting the pedals on little girls bike taken off they said they could once I got there I was greeted as I entered the store ,while they were fixing her bike they talked to me during the repair, after they fixed the bike, they even walked the bike back out to my car that is awesome customer service !!!!

I can, without reservation, highly recommend this shop! They made the entire purchasing experience as smooth as possible, listened to my every request and did their level best to fulfill it. They even installed items not purchased from their shop. Having worked in a bike shop myself, I understand how busy and hectic a shop can be. All the employees I dealt with gave me their full time and attention, always exhibiting complete grace under pressure!
I'd like to thank Dave for taking his time to help me out. My bike is not a trek but needed brake fixed. Not only he fixed it but also tuned it up for me and got everything adjusted for me. I just went on 42 miles ride and it ran like a feather. This store definitely has right people working! Thank you, Dave!!!
Absolutely fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable staff, great selection and just a bunch of good people. They helped me twice and refused money!! Who does that anymore!? Please go to these guys for all your biking needs!! Special shout to Dave: Thanks for the assist!!
I stopped into Trek last weekend with my boyfriend and our bikes right before closing time. Jordan and Mike went out of their way to help us with our assorted requests. They never rushed us, or told us to come back when they had more time. They were extremely knowledgeable about biking and you could tell they truly loved the sport. Trek is apparently under new management now so if you haven't been there in a while, it's definitely wth coming back. I'm so glad they are in our neighborhood!!
