I was looking for a Saris bike rack and I was happy to learn Trek Store Chattanooga carried the Saris brand. The employee that assisted me was courteous and very helpful. He explained the installation process and even offered to help me install it. It was a great buying experience with the advantage of buying locally to help the community and to work with someone nearby to help resolve any issues.

I just moved to the absolutely amazing Chattanooga a few weeks ago and brought my new Roscoe 8 I bought at a shop back in St Louis over the winter. I was having some issues with the shifter being sluggish and rear brake squealing. I walked right in and was greeted with the friendliest people I had ever met and before I knew it they had it up in a stand inspecting everything on it just like I had bought it new from them yesterday. Excellent service with great turn around. Just received my Madone project one and the bike is phenomenal. Great process from start to finish.
I needed a last minute repair on Friday evening before a Saturday race and David Neiles had my bike race ready in a pinch! A huge thanks for taking care of my ride!
