I have the Trek Holly Park bug! If you thought customer service was something in the past, then I recommend you visit here. Karen, Chris, Matt and Dave all worked together as a team to help me and my wife with our new 2019 Domane SL7 Disc bikes. From getting us into the right bike, to final assembly and adjustments to patiently answering all our questions and explaining the technology in these awesome machines. I highly recommend Trek Holly Park.

I recently purchased a new bike from this location. I purchased it over the phone because I was out of the state visiting family at the time. The customer service I received over the phone and in the store when I came to pick up my bike is hard to come by. They people I interacted with were kind, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. Yesterday Matt helped me select the perfect bike and I took it out on this beautiful day and it exceeded my expectations! After looking at several types of bikes in the store, I felt like I had a good grasp of what was available and could make an educated purchase. I purchased an electric bike to get ready for a trip next spring in France and I know I will enjoy it for years to come.
