Went to 3 shops and got no service until I ended up at Trek Holly Park. Amazing service, very helpful, very nice, and worked with me to find the perfect bike for me at a great price. Matt was great. A bit of a hike for me but totally worth it. Thanks!
Best experience ever! I wandered into this Trek store by accident, and immediately fell in love with cycling! All the sales people, especially Matt, Joel and Chris are beyond knowledgeable about all aspects of the bikes and cycling. Thank you for the service as I purchased a new bike. The store didn't have the bike I was interested in, and offered to order it for me to try out without obligation to purchase. Matt1 and Matt2 were very helpful in switching some parts around to see if they would improve the fit They transferred the accessories from my old bike, which saved me the hassle. I am sure that I will be happy with this bike.
Had a great experience getting my old Trek serviced and back on the road. Friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff. Went the extra mile for good customer service.
I can not say enough about how nice everyone at this store is but want to offer an additional shout for Chris! For years I have been struggling with seat issues on my road bike and was offered the easy solutions- different seats etc. I came to this store and felt like someone was actually listening- yes I needed additional seat adjustments but also needed my cleats to be adjusted- one leg different from the other:) Completed 60 mile Le Tour De Femme with NO SEAT PAIN- did not know that was possible so thanks so much!!!!
