I had the drive train cleaning done on my bike and all I can say is Wow! What a difference it made. My gears and chain were gunked up real good. The guys did a great job and my bike was noticeably cleaner, quieter, smoother and more efficient. Thanks Karen !!
Fantastic experience! I actually shopped for my bike in just about every store in Raleigh and thankfully decided Trek (Holly Park) best suited my needs. Chris was amazing— helpful, responsive, and above all found me exactly the right bike for my petite frame. There's snow on the ground but I can't wait for my first ride. came here to service a couple of my bikes and the staff was very attentive and helpful. They really went out of their way to explain some minor repairs as well as make sure we were happy with our bikes before we left. also their prices were very fair. I highly recommend this shop
