Went into the store yesterday and met the Matt's. These guys were fantastic! Actually to call them fantastic, is an understatement. I brought my bike by for 1 quick question and they gave (in my opinion) the royal treatment. Kind, helpful and informative. Sadly, that is getting harder and harder to find. These guys crush it! They won my business yesterday, and I will shout there praise to all who need a bike or bike repairs. Keep up the great work guys! Thank you
Fantastic bike store with a great selection of bikes. We recently purchased a bike for our son and daughter at this store. The customer service was outstanding and the bikes are phenomenal with impressive components. Matt and Francisco really knew their bikes and were able to guide us into the right direction. Best experience ever! Since the moment I designed my Project One, up to the delivery of the bike. Chris took care of every single step of the process, he helped me during the design phase and he was the one who assembled it, he also did the fiting and provided me with all the specs I needed, I have made friends in there and I plan to be a long term customer. It was a long month of waiting but it was worth it!!! My Project One is georgeous. Thanks for all the attention guys!

We had one of the best retail experiences we have ever had at the Trek Store. My wife was just getting into cycling and the all of the guys were very understanding and supportive in helping her decide on the best bike option for her. We decided to go with the Electra Townie and couldn't be happier with the decision. Great service and knowledgeable staff. You can tell they are all riders and take their bikes seriously. Very helpful to someone new to the sport. Laid back no pressure atmosphere.
These guys do a great job. They took the time to really make sure every detail was perfect on my new project one madone. I will continue to make the 90 minute drive from Greenville NC to give these guys my business!
