Excellent service. With COVID-19 is a little tricky since they don't allow you to test drive the bike first, but they helped in answering all the questions and on top of that you can return the bike within 30 days if you don't like it. This was my case, I got an X-Caliber 8, it was a nice bike but I was definitely missing the full suspension and other little things.
